  • Consumer Agreement
  • Any order that includes firearms, lower receivers, etc must be shipped to an FFL dealer local to the buyer. The name of the FFL and whether we have the FFL on file or whether it will be faxed, must be noted in the comments section of the order form or the order will be canceled. You can place your order at any time, but we must have a copy of the receiving dealers FFL on file, mailed or faxed to us before any firearm, lower receiver, etc can be shipped. Faxed FFL signed copies are now acceptable for firearms transactions per the ATF. For Safes, Gun Vaults, and reloading equipment no FFL is required. You can cancel your order as long as it has not already been processed. Any cancellation request made after your order has been processed will incur a 10% cancellation fee, no exceptions. This fee is to cover administrative, banking and other costs incurred by us during the processing of an order. Please read and double check your order confirmation email for errors immediately after you receive it. Eagle Firearms and Accessories L.L.C. is not a warranty repair station for any manufacturer. Any defective merchandise is covered under the manufacturer's warranty and must be returned to the respective manufacturer for any repairs or replacements. Any return requires prior approval from us, we will, upon approval, issue a return authorization number. Any package sent without the return authorization number marked clearly on the outside of the box will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping/insurance charges are never refundable. Refunds are made via company check and will be issued within 3 days of receipt of returned merchandise. No returns or exchanges will be made after 10 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will only be considered on brand new, as shipped items still in the original sealed packaging where applicable. Any item that has been opened, test fired, test fit, assembled or used is considered sold. We do not sell used merchandise so don't expect the next customer to want any returned item that is not factory new and original. ALL sales for firearms are FINAL!


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Eagle Firearms and Accessories LLC ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Eagle Firearms and Accessories LLC ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Eagle Firearms and Accessories LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site only if buying from the state of COLORADO
